About SNHI

The Swaziland Nazarene Health Institutions (SNHI) comprises three institutions; the Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital (RFM), 17 Nazarne Community Health Clinics, and the Nazarene College of Nursing (NCN).

SNHI works to provide primary, secondary, tertiary and spiritual health care services to the community. The institutions aim to provide the highest degree of quality individualized comprehensive patient and family-centered care to all people needing assistance to attain the highest level of wellness. It also aims for high quality pre & in-services training in nursing, midwifery and health related areas.

Mission

The purpose of the institutions is to introduce men, women and children to Jesus Christ through the provision of high quality pre-service training and preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative primary, secondary and tertiary health care services that are affordable, equitable and administered with compassion for their client's physical, mental and spiritual well-being. These services are provided within the framework of National Policies of both the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.
